Take Charge of Procurement Operations and Lead a High-Impact Support Team

An exciting opportunity exists for a Procurement Support Team Lead to manage vendor and material master data on SAP, oversee credit applications, and drive procurement efficiency across multiple regions. You will lead a small support team (Administrators and a Controller), ensure high-quality master data, implement technology improvements, and maintain strong communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders. This role suits a self-driven, detail-focused leader who thrives in a performance-driven, team-oriented culture.
 
Education:
  • Diploma in Commercial, Business, Supply Chain, or Procurement (minimum)
  • Degree is an advantage
  • Certifications & Licenses:
    • CIPS qualification advantageous
Job Experience & Skills Required:
  • 3–5 years in procurement, finance, manufacturing, or mining.
  • Minimum 3 years SAP MM/FI experience, particularly master data.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience supervising a small team and performing data quality checks.
  • Experience with online procurement and master data systems.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and reliable.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player who fits a work-hard, play-hard culture.
  • Able to meet deadlines, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement.
