Our award-winning agency is looking for a Senior Production Manager to lead the charge in delivering world-class brand experiences.

About the Role

As our Senior Production Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end production process for all brand activations, events, and experiential campaigns. You'll manage timelines, budgets, suppliers, crews, and ensure flawless execution—every time. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while driving high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all production elements for activations, events, campaigns, and experiential marketing projects.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, resource planning, and delivery.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers, fabricators, technical teams, and freelancers.
  • Conduct on-site management during builds, rehearsals, activations, and breakdowns.
  • Ensure all health and safety, compliance, and risk mitigation processes are in place.
  • Work closely with client service, creative, and strategy teams to bring concepts to life.
  • Implement and manage workflows, production processes, and operational efficiencies.
  • Mentor and guide junior production staff and freelancers.
  • Maintain excellent quality control and uphold agency standards.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years experience in production within an activations, experiential, events, or advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of event logistics, technical production, fabrication, staging, and campaign rollout.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent supplier and budget management skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work beyond standard hours when required for builds and events.
  • Valid driver's licence (advantageous) and willingness to travel.
