Job Description:
You'll be responsible for managing and optimising network infrastructure across diverse environments. Expect to work on firewalls, switches, VPNs, VLANs, and Wi-Fi, while ensuring security and performance. The role includes troubleshooting complex issues, implementing automation, and collaborating with technical teams to maintain system health.

Skills & Experience:
Strong knowledge of network protocols, security, and infrastructure
Experience with firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and Wi-Fi
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Proactive mindset with a focus on reliability and optimisation

Qualification:
Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA Network+, Cisco, Microsoft) preferred
Minimum 3+ years in IT support or network administration
