hands-on Fabrication Team Leader/Supervisor
to join our team. This is a
working position
— the successful applicant will lead by example on the workshop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take an active, hands-on role in daily
    welding and fabrication
    work.
  • Supervise and coordinate the fabrication team to meet quality and production goals.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and efficiency.
  • Provide practical guidance, training, and support to team members.
  • Work closely with management to improve workflow and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Strong
    welding and sheet metal fabrication skills
    (MIG/TIG essential).
  • Proven ability to lead a team through practical, on-the-floor involvement.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Good communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable, motivated, and quality-driven.
