Trafalgar Financial Services ("TFS") is an authorised financial services and credit provider with a specialist property finance focus.

As an ongoing recruitment effort, Trafalgar Birdhaven is in search of a dynamic candidate with a passion for the property industry to join our team as a Commercial Portfolio Manager.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Keep track of all leases, acknowledge receipts of notices and ensure documents are signed by all parties

  • Make all necessary journal adjustments and raise all recoverable expenses for both property and agent.

  • Process increase in charges and notice letters to tenants

  • Route all maintenance queries to relevant department, and follow up on outstanding matters

  • Prepare statements and invoices for delivery

  • Prepare bulk notices to landlords and tenants

  • Conduct ITC of new lease applicants

  • Collection of outstanding rentals

  • Sending of demand letters, lease confirmations and handing over of accounts to attorneys for collection

  • Reconciliation of accounts & ensure payments are allocated

  • General upkeep of all administrative functions and office environment

Minimum Requirements

  • Vast Computer knowledge – Outlook / Microsoft Word / Excel
  • Understanding Commercial Leases and dealing with operational requirements
  • Understanding legal procedures regarding collection of rentals
  • Basic Accounting principles
  • Prior Commercial property management experience would be ideal
