Join a dynamic team and create advanced dashboards, predictive analytics, and data-driven insights that shape business decisions Duties & Responsibilities A leading organization is seeking a Power BI Analyst / Report Developer (AI & R Integration) to design, build, and optimize interactive data models and visual reports. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge BI tools, integrate AI and machine learning models, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Integrate R scripts for statistical modeling and data transformation
  • Embed AI and machine learning models for predictive analytics
  • Build and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query (M language)
  • Connect and manage data from SQL, APIs, and cloud sources (Azure, AWS)
  • Ensure scalability, performance tuning, and compliance with data governance
  • Automate data refresh, alerting, and reporting workflows
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions
Job Experience and Skills Required
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
Experience:
  • 4+ years in Power BI development and analytics
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven analytics and predictive dashboards
Technical Skills:
  • Expert in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
  • Strong DAX and Power Query (M language) skills
  • Experience writing and integrating R scripts within Power BI
  • Proficiency in Python for data processing or AI integration
  • Knowledge of SQL, ETL pipelines, and data modeling best practices
  • Familiarity with Azure Machine Learning, OpenAI API, or similar AI services
  • Understanding of Row-Level Security (RLS) and workspace management
Preferred:
  • Exposure to R Shiny, Azure ML, or Python notebooks embedded in Power BI
  • Knowledge of data visualization design principles
