Essence of the job:

The successful incumbent will be responsible for developing, customizing, and optimizing advanced water treatment solutions. This role combines laboratory research with field-based application, requiring a strong technical foundation in chemistry and a practical ability to solve complex water treatment challenges across industrial and commercial systems. The position plays a key role in bridging innovation, product development, and operational execution.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Chemical Engineering, Water Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, Microbiology.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years' experience in water treatment chemistry, including both laboratory and field-based applications.

Strong foundation in formulation chemistry and industrial water treatment processes.

Demonstrated ability to integrate data-driven research with practical implementation.

Systems thinker with a passion for problem-solving and innovation in water management.
