Job Title: Senior Content Manager (m/f) - B2B Global MarketingLocation: Centurion, South Africa (hybrid)Role profile: Full time

As part of RIB's Global Marketing team, the Senior Content Manager will shape our brand voice and bring our story to life across multiple channels (B2B). This role blends creativity with strategy — developing impactful, data-driven content that connects with audiences, builds thought leadership, and drives engagement across our global portfolio. You'll join a collaborative, high-performing team passionate about innovation, storytelling, and delivering measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop global content strategies for traditional and digital marketing channels, and content marketing and distribution platforms.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to establish and articulate internal and external key messages, and ensure that content is aligned accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Sales to integrate event storytelling into broader campaigns and content plans.
  • Includes managing and developing a blogging strategy, grow our subscriber base and building out a series of customer stories across our product portfolio.
  • Use consumer analytics to determine the best way to engage users, increase customer loyalty, generate leads, and measure brand awareness.
  • Use their understanding of SEO, keyword research, information architecture, and usability best practices to deliver targeted content.
  • Developing, building and maintaining both our internal product content platform and, our global digital resource hub which houses various pieces of thought leadership and PR content.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to build out content, messaging and best practice for integrated ABM campaign motions.
  • Lead and develop clear, consistent, and engaging internal communications that support culture, employee engagement, leadership visibility, and strategic priorities.
  • Partner with the Global Events Specialist to develop the storytelling, positioning, and narrative arc for global and regional RIB events.
  • Ensure all event messaging — invitations, agendas, keynote abstracts, speaker briefs, post-event recaps, highlight reels, and PR moments — is consistent, compelling, and aligned to RIB's brand and strategic priorities.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
  • Several years of experience in content strategy and development for digital platforms.
  • Experience in leading/ coaching a team ensuring excellence and professionalism.
  • Proven ability to produce diverse content formats (blogs, ebooks, videos, whitepapers, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of SEO, analytics, and content performance measurement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
