Build strong relationships with business clients and understand their hiring needs.
Source top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and your own network.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from first contact to final placement.
Use your sales instincts and people skills to make a real impact.
 
What You'll Need:
Experience in business client sales or other target-driven roles.
Sales experience is a bonus but not essential. We'll train you.
Resilience, motivation, and a solutions-focused mindset.
Grade 12, Degree qualification is a bonus.
