We're looking for a proactive and organised Marketing and Maintenance Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a junior, hands-on role ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for property, marketing, and customer service.

What does the role entail?

  • Manage Property24 listings (both organic and paid listings).
  • Oversee HubSpot lead management and ensure accurate data capture and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with photographers and videographers for new unit shoots.
  • Assist with the furnishing and preparation of show units.
  • Conduct entry, exit, and maintenance inspections on units as required.
  • Provide general support to the sales and marketing teams on various projects and campaigns.

To be considered for this opportunity applicants must possess the following:

  • Property24, PropData and Hubspot experience is advantageous, but not essential – training will be provided.
  • Relevant tertiary education advantageous.
  • Previous property maintenance experience preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of Windows, MS Office, MS Outlook, email and internet a must.
  • Understanding of property administrative systems, maintenance/facility administration and coordination A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-player mindset.
  • Previous property maintenance experience preferred.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
