Overall Responsibility: This position is responsible for the daily administration of the brewery operations and general company administration.

Focus Area 1

Administrator

  • Assist with weekly and month-end stock counts
  • Transferring of stock into Warehouse (System and Physical)
  • Receipting, Returning and Reconciling of packaging raw materials after each shift
  • Completion of production tickets daily
  • Assist production administrator with data capturing where applicable
  • Ensure daily tasks are done to correct company procedures and work instructions
  • Apply strict and accurate loss control
  • Participate in effective problem solving

Focus Area 2 

Health and Safety

  • Perform Food Safety and Quality related activities as part of the FSMS and QC functions
  • Complying with OSHA and other safety regulations

Requirements of the role

  • Grade 12
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an FMCG environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft office

Preferred Skills/Competencies

  • Demonstrate a proactive and committed work ethic
  • Compliance with OHSAct standards
  • Active participation in daily boardroom briefings 
  • Team player
  • Good record keeping
