About the role

1. Market Research and Development

·      With experience in the water purifier/water dispenser industry, conduct market research on the water purification market in target regions of South Africa, accurately identify local water quality issues, consumer needs, and competitor dynamics, and formulate industry-specific market analysis reports.

·      Rely on resource accumulation in the water purifier/water dispenser industry to develop and maintain local sales channels (building materials markets, home decoration companies, community supermarkets, corporate procurement, etc.), expand ToB and ToC customer resources, and establish a stable customer network that meets industry characteristics.

2. Achievement of Sales Targets

·      Based on the company's annual sales plan, formulate personal regional sales strategies and monthly/quarterly targets with experience in the water purifier/water dispenser industry; promote transactions through customer visits, product demonstrations (e.g., on-site testing of water purifier filtration effects, simulation of water dispenser usage scenarios), and proposal submissions to ensure the achievement of performance indicators.

·      Rely on knowledge of the water purifier/water dispenser industry to develop professional sales plans for different customer types, clearly communicate product technical advantages, and improve product conversion rates.

3. Customer Relationship Maintenance

·      With experience in the water purifier/water dispenser industry, manage the entire customer lifecycle: provide reply to customers' questions about product technical principles, installation and maintenance, and water quality improvement effects during the pre-sales phase; follow up on contract signing and delivery coordination during the sales phase; assist in handling customer complaints and maintenance needs during the after-sales phase to improve customer satisfaction and repurchase rates;

·      Conduct regular follow-ups with key customers, identify potential customer needs based on industry experience, and promote secondary sales or referrals.

4. Data Reporting and Optimization

·      Regularly submit sales data reports (transaction amount, number of customers, channel conversion, etc.) to the headquarters, and synchronize market problems and solutions (e.g., analysis of poor promotion effects of water purifiers in a certain channel) combined with experience in the water purifier/water dispenser industry.

Review the sales process, analyze the reasons for unsuccessful transactions and channel effectiveness based on industry experience, and continuously optimize sales strategies and customer development methods.

Qualifications

. Matric or N3 Equivalent

. Professional Qualifications in Business desirable/Marketing Degree

. Computer Literate - MS Office

Experience

· Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial products role.

· Water purifier/Water dispenser experience is essential.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong Business and commercial Acumen.

· Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate with external retail partners.

. Experience developing and executing business strategies.

Where you'll be:

You will be based in Benoni, South Africa in a commercial Sales office that has a manufacturing facility onsite.
