Position Description
SEIDOR (No.1 SAP Business One Partner in Africa) is looking for an experienced Project Manager within the ERP / SAP Business One field to be based in our Johannesburg or Cape Town offices.
Requirements
- Completed Degree in Accounting, ICT or Engineering
- Project Management Qualification (Registered with Project Management body will be advantageous)
- At least 3-4 years of Project Management experience
- Very good at engaging and working with people at all levels in an organization
- Willing to travel within South Africa and Africa if required
- Have experience in managing either full or modular functions of an ERP implementation
- Current SAP Business One Application Associate certified - preferred
- Knowledge of and experience on HANA - an advantage
- Manage all aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery of our SAP Business One projects
- Oversee SAP project to provide metrics for reporting to executive team on implementation methodology, project progress and business case ROI's
- Develop and oversee detailed project plans.
- Identify, analyse and recommend business systems solutions to management having a broad business impact.
- Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.
- Identity project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback.
- Motivate work of others outside of direct authority to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Convey and report status to executives, and key stakeholders.
- Present formal presentations and executive summaries to senior management to provide recommendations and status updates
- Ability to analyse problems and provide clear recommendations
- Strong organizational skills
