Academic Programme Convener

Eduvos is looking to employ the services of an Academic Programme Convener (Faculty of Humanities) at our Pretoria campus on a permanent basis.
The Position:
- To manage the day-to-day delivery of lecturing of Humanities qualifications at the Pretoria campus and all online offerings for the Faculty
Position Type:
- Permanent
Minimum Requirements
Minimum qualification:
- Relevant Master's degree in the field of Humanities or Social Sciences
Experience:
- At least five years' experience as a lecturer in the higher education industry
- Either demonstrated management potential or management experience of at least two years
- Publishing of academic journals will be advantageous

- Computer literacy – well developed MS Office skills
- Working knowledge of learning systems (LMS)
- Good understanding of qualification frameworks and academic processes and governance structures
- Good understanding of management principles
