Job Specification: Associate for Corporate and ProjectFinance Consulting and Advisory ServicesLocation: Johannesburg, Republic of South Africa Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Associate to join our team inJohannesburg. This role involves working in corporate and project financeconsulting and advisory services, focusing on delivering high -quality financialand transactional solutions to clients. The successful candidate will play akey role in transaction delivery, client interaction, business development, andproject management. Key ResponsibilitiesTransaction Delivery and Project Management: Develop and analyse high -end, complex financial models.Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis.Ensure compliance with project documents and applicableaccounting & taxation principles.Design and develop optimal solutions for clients.Prepare comprehensive reports, information memoranda,summaries, and presentations.Understand the commercial and contractual implications ofvarious contracts, specifically for Project Financing.Coordinate with transaction teams and interact with clientsand stakeholders to support project development.Client Interaction: Engage with client teams to understand their requirements.Adapt to clients' changing needs and priorities under teamlead guidance.Support the team in designing and developing client -focusedsolutions.Business Development: Conduct research and analysis of sectors, geographies,clients, and competitors.Write reports to generate business developmentopportunities.Assist in preparing proposals for potential clients.Qualifications and SkillsMaster's in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA).CFA Level 3 preferred.Fresh post -graduate or 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.Experience with international banks, developers, investors,funds, or similar financial and corporate advisory institutions is preferred.Experience in infrastructure/project finance is anadvantage.Strong analytical and communication skills.Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and Excel.Basic understanding of finance and Public -PrivatePartnerships (PPP).Ability to build strong client relationships.Capacity to work in multicultural environments andmultidisciplinary teams.Proficiency in English.Application:Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their CV's to ;\/a>
