Job Overview

We are looking for a Brand Protection Analyst to join our enforcement team. In this role, you validate potential infringements detected by our AI systems and ensure only legally relevant cases move into enforcement. You will work closely with our internal tools, review content based on trademark and design rights, and help protect our clients' brands across search engines, marketplaces, and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities


•⁠ ⁠Review and validate AI-detected infringements for accuracy and legal relevance


•⁠ ⁠Assess cases based on trademarks, design patents, brand guidelines, certificates, and client-specific IP portfolios


•⁠ ⁠Accept or reject cases before they enter the enforcement flow


•⁠ ⁠Flag patterns, new infringing methods, and potential risks for brands


•⁠ ⁠Maintain high validation quality and consistency across all assigned clients


•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the enforcement team to ensure fast and accurate takedowns


•⁠ ⁠Document findings and update internal validation rules when needed

Requirements


•⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail and ability to make consistent, objective decisions


•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of trademarks, copyright, design rights, or willingness to learn


•⁠ ⁠Ability to work with structured data and internal tools


•⁠ ⁠Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus


•⁠ ⁠Experience in e-commerce, content moderation, trust & safety, brand protection, or legal research is an advantage but not required
