Responsibilities

Job Overview: Ensuring plant maintenance efficiency, able to read diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedure and fault finding.

  • Dismantled, fitted and assembled machinery and parts
  • Executed pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical repairs
  • Performed planned maintenance on machinery and equipment
  • Fitted, inspected, tested and repaired MCC, circuits and wiring systems and electrical equipment
  • Used, installed and applied fault finding on programmable logical control circuits (PLC's)
  • Installed and commissioned machinery and equipment
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years relevant experience within the manufacturing environment in the FMCG industry
  • Grade 12/N3
  • Trade Test
