Requirements:
  • Trade with at least 3 years' experience in this environment is essential 
  • Maintain and service all equipment to ensure maximum availability
  • Ensure that the electrical distribution panel is locked after completion of any work and prior to leave the site
  • Parts needed - follow up and installation
  • Perform shift work
  • Perform shut down work when required
  • Responsible for dedicated areas in the plant
  • Alter machines to improve performance and limit downtime
  • Commission new electrical installations or alterations, ensuring that it is operational and may be used safely
  • Diagnose the cause of breakdowns
