Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista, All Rounder, located in Pinelands. Qualifications

  • Barista skills, including coffee preparation and beverage crafting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members
  • Customer service skills to ensure a positive and memorable experience for all guests
  • Experience or proficiency in food preparation
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Prior barista or hospitality experience is a plus
