This role thrives at the intersection of creativity, precision, and compliance, navigating a dynamic legislative landscape to deliver high-quality activation tools on time. Success depends on strong collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and external partners to ensure every initiative is aligned and flawlessly executed.PositionManage end-to-end development, coordination, and execution of trade activation activities across assigned markets.Oversee agency and supplier relationships, timelines, and annual performance assessments.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with brand strategies, guidelines, and legislative requirements.Manage allocated budgets, ensure financial compliance, and track monthly expenditures.Conduct industry benchmarking through regular market visits to drive continuous improvement.Lead end-to-end warehouse management, unitary implementation, and visibility material deployment.RequirementsDegree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3 years FMCG experience, including cross-functional project management.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, plus strong budget management ability.Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.What To ExpectExpect wellbeing initiatives, growth opportunities, and excellent benefits, including a unique family leave policy.
