The Role
 

As a Digital Technology Specialist, you will be the bridge between technical teams, procurement, and key vendors—helping the business make smarter technology purchasing decisions. You'll manage contracts, evaluate suppliers, drive competitive sourcing, and ensure our technology investments deliver value, compliance, and long-term benefits. This is a hands-on, analytical role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, optimisation, and influencing outcomes.

The Key Responsibilities

  • Support full contract lifecycle: planning, negotiation, administration, renewals, and compliance.
  • Drive supplier analysis, performance reviews, and sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain strong SOX compliance and governance across procurement activities.
  • Facilitate engagement between business, technical teams, Legal, and Procurement.
  • Manage RFPs and conduct detailed market and supplier analyses.
  • Optimise spend through SAP-driven contract and commercial management.

The Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or Computer Science.
  • 3–5 years' experience in ICT sourcing, procurement, or contract management.
  • Strong knowledge of software licensing, hardware lifecycle, technical services, and TCO evaluation.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and compliance.
