We are looking for a passionate and driven Junior Development Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering our unique housing products. Working from our central service hub in Cape Town, you will help manage projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they meet Citra's high standards of quality, speed, and precision.

What we're looking for

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in the Built environment i.e. Engineering, Building Science, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential property development or project management, with a strong emphasis on project delivery.
  • Proven ability to manage or assist in the delivery of construction projects.
  • Financial modelling together with project management competencies will be an advantage.
  • A passion for innovation and a desire to challenge the status quo in the construction industry.
  • A tech-savvy individual with an interest in how data and new technologies can improve project outcomes.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a product-oriented mindset.
