Role Overview

As a
Senior DevOps Engineer
, you will play a key role in bridging development and operations, enabling continuous delivery and automation across our cloud-based environments. You'll troubleshoot production issues, build and deploy infrastructure, and implement DevOps best practices to ensure faster, more reliable releases. Our customers rely on us to maintain and evolve their cloud infrastructure and DevOps tooling—this is where you come in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production infrastructure and software issues.
  • Build and deploy infrastructure and applications using automation tools.
  • Implement and enhance logging and monitoring solutions.
  • Maintain and configure software systems.
  • Develop tools to automate operational tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Provide L2/L3 support and mentor junior engineers.
  • Participate in after-hours standby and service request handling.
  • Drive service innovation and contribute to backlog delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:
  • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, Developer, DevOps, Terraform Associate).
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience in
    cloud environments (AWS preferred)
    and automation.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Configuration Management:
    Ansible, Salt, Chef, Puppet.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
    Terraform.
  • CI/CD Tools:
    AWS CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CodePipeline, Jenkins, Spinnaker, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines.
  • System Administration:
    Linux/Unix, Microsoft.
  • Version Control:
    Git, Bitbucket.
  • Containers & Orchestration:
    Kubernetes (AWS EKS), Docker, Istio.
  • Serverless:
    AWS Lambda.
  • Messaging & Streaming:
    Kafka.
  • Databases:
    MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, DynamoDB, Redis.
  • Monitoring & Logging:
    Elastic Stack, Kibana, Datadog, Prometheus.
  • Certifications:
    AWS, Azure, GCP, Terraform.
