Introduction

To execute administrative functions related to financial transactions, maintain financial records and reports, and provide financial support to contracts and operational teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

Weekly

  • Coordinate payments.
  • Prepare debtors reporting.
  • Maintain cashflow forecasts.
  • Compile cash books.

Monthly

  • Coordinate payments.
  • Manage trade debtors control and reporting.
  • Raise invoices on financial software.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Report financial information to management.
  • Oversee monthly subcontractor liability processing.
  • Review subcontractor documents for month-end payments.
  • Compile month-end journals.
  • Reallocate contract costs as needed.
  • Reconcile VAT.

Support

  • Support supplier and subcontractor functions.
  • Provide financial and systems support to contracts.
  • Serve as back-up for creditors and accounts clerks.

System

  • Create new subcontractor profiles.
  • Open new ledger accounts.

Ad Hoc

  • Handle ad hoc financial requests and queries.
