A Vacancy exists for a Site Manager in the Guarding Division based in Pretoria, Mayville.

The suitable candidate's main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:  
  • Security advice to clients
  • Quality Assurance Audit
  • Threat and Risk assessments.   
  • Experienced client liaison and professional client relationship
  • Project Management
  • Effectively dealing with and managing client complaints.   
  • Ensure that contractual requirements are met all the time
  • Maintaining of the ISO 9001 quality system
  • Ensuring that all companies/Clients SOPs are followed
  • Incident and investigations Management. 
  • Ensure compliance to the Company's disciplinary code. 
  • Incident and investigation management   
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of good security practice, covering the physical and logical aspects of information products, systems integrity confidentiality
 
  Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:   
  • Grade 12 (Matric) qualification. 
  • PSIRA certification – Grade A
  • Relevant experience in a managerial or similar position for at least 5 years
  • Knowledge of methods and techniques of risk management, business impact analysis and counter measures
  • Knowledge of tools and systems which provide access security control
  • Must have confidence in dealing with public
  • First aid and firefighting will be advantageous 
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.  
  • Bilingual (English and any other South African language)
  • Computer literate and knowledge of MS office
  • The ability to communicate and present to all levels and work under pressure
  • Must be willing to undergo polygraph test. 
  • Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record. 
  • Code 08 Drivers License and own reliable transport.
