Our Client is looking for a
hands-on, analytical Inbound Warehouse Supervisor
with strong
FMCG or manufacturing warehousing experience
to join our logistics team.

You'll be responsible for
managing warehouse operations, stock movement, and space utilisation in a high-volume environment
.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate inbound warehouse operations to ensure smooth goods receiving and dispatch.
  • Support the Warehouse Manager with planning, tracking, and reporting of all stock movements.
  • Develop and maintain tracking systems for receipts and dispatches.
  • Conduct regular
    stock audits and rotation
    to ensure accuracy and space optimisation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers regarding order and stock status.
  • Maintain
    SHEQ standards
    – oversee safety inspections, toolbox talks, and PPE compliance.
  • Prepare monthly reports including forecasts, budgets, and performance trends.
  • Manage
    supplier pallets
    and ensure daily returns are executed accurately.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Matric +
    Degree or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain
    .
  • Minimum
    4 years' warehousing experience in FMCG or manufacturing
    .
  • Strong working knowledge of
    SAGE Evolution
    and
    Excel
    (intermediate+).
  • Experience managing a
    medium to large warehouse operation
    .
  • Proven ability to coordinate teams and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Strong and proven leadership experience required.
