MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain a travel log record to record in a book provided in the vehicle.
  • The travel log record book should be completed after each trip.
  • Mapp out driving routes ahead of time to determine and road closures, unrest, or construction and weather reports.
  • Answer client's questions about the area they are visiting or any information they require that you may reply to in a clear conclusive manner
  • Ensure the car seats are comfortable for all riders.
  • Check they have all their belongings when leaving the vehicle.
  • Fetching and welcoming Passengers and Crew at the beginning of their trip
  • Greeting in a friendly yet professional manner
  • Assisting with the loading and unloading of luggage
  • Collecting from the Airport / Transferring to the Airport
  • To/From Hotels
  • To/From any Medical institutes
  • Crew have a certain criterion as follows:
  • Immigration procedure; stamping passports – check the stamp to validate validity thereof for Crew and Passengers
  • Checking in at hotels and obtaining room numbers for wakeup calls
  • Ensure Job Cards are signed and names clearly noted.
  • At the Airport, introduce the Passengers / Crew to the Airport Handler
  • If the Airport Handler is not available, book the Passengers / Crew into their flight
  • Ensure correct crew details and flight completed on the Job Card, handed over to the Driver.
  • Damage Checklist
  • Incident Report for any vehicle damage
  • Log Sheet check daily for mileage
  • Log Sheet to be email every Monday morning to the Fleet Coordinator
  • Vehicle to be always kept in a neat condition.
  • Refueling receipts to be sent to head office.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Driver
  • Valid driver's code 8 or 10 drivers' licenses with PDP
  • Have a clean driving record.
  • Minimum visual acuity of 20/50 (or corrected to 20/50)
  • Familiarity with GPS devices
  • Knowledge of area roads and neighborhood's
