The Opportunity

We're looking for a
hands-on, organised, and people-focused Warehouse Manager
to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse at branch level. You'll be responsible for managing the full stock flow — from receiving to dispatch — ensuring our systems, people and service all run like clockwork.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the receiving and dispatch process accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure warehouse SOPs are followed and improved where needed
  • Oversee warehouse staff and daily workflows
  • Handle repairs, exchanges, and customer-related warehouse issues timeously
  • Maintain and manage stock control (including assembled stock)
  • Supervise the packing, stacking and movement of goods
  • Plan and coordinate deliveries and collections
  • Minimise losses, damages and ensure top-notch housekeeping
  • Ensure smooth operation of POS and Pastel systems

What You'll Bring

Grade 12
or equivalent (Tertiary qualification preferred)

4+ years
in warehouse, retail, or receiving environments

4+ years
in a managerial role (leading 18+ staff)

Customer service experience
in a fast-paced setting

Strong time management, attention to detail and communication skills

Computer literate (Word, Excel; Sage Pastel advantageous)

Valid driver's license
and
own reliable transport
