Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Port Elizabeth for a Cambridge English Teacher. The Cambridge English Teacher will be responsible for teaching English to students according to the Cambridge curriculum. Day-to-day tasks include creating and implementing lesson plans, preparing students for exams, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to enhance their learning experience. The teacher will also be responsible for maintaining classroom discipline and fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

  • Skills in English Teaching and Teaching
  • Experience in Lesson Planning and Education
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students
  • Passion for fostering a positive learning environment
  • Relevant teaching certification or qualification (e.g., TEFL, CELTA)
  • Experience working with the Cambridge curriculum is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field
