About the Opportunity

Synergy Health and Safety Specialists is updating its national database of qualified and experienced Safety Officers and SHE Representatives for upcoming projects across various industries, including construction, automotive, and manufacturing.

If you are passionate about workplace safety and are registered with SAIOSH and/or SACPCMP, we want to hear from you

Minimum Requirements

SAIOSH registration (minimum TechSAIOSH or higher)

SACPCMP registration (CHSO / CHSM / CHSA or Candidate level)

Minimum 2–5 years' experience in Occupational Health & Safety

Valid driver's license and own transport (preferred)

Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018, Construction Regulations, and South African OHS Act

Ability to prepare, implement, and audit Safety Files

Strong communication, reporting, and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities

Participate in health and safety management across client projects

Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks

Ensure compliance with legal and client-specific safety requirements

Support safety culture initiatives and hazard reporting

Maintain accurate safety documentation for audit readiness
