Join TeamIP as an Intern

In 2026, we'll be opening our doors in Johannesburg and Cape Town to dive into the world of creative comms and show their skills across departments. This 6-month program is a fully immersive experience that will bring you close to some of the top creatives in the game. From PR to production, design to campaigns, you'll have the opportunity to work with some of the world's leading brands in an environment that values radical creativity and commitment to delivering quality work. 

Who we're looking for

#TeamIP is a tight-knit group of international creatives who work collaboratively across clients, campaigns and borders. The ideal candidates are those open to ideas, ready to contribute and are always willing to put up their hand to help. We're looking for talent that is proactive, digitally savvy and can run with us with an open mind and outstanding attitude.

What you'll do

This is a full-time, paid internship that will be on-site, at our Cape Town and Johannesburg offices. 

Our internship is structured to provide maximum professional development and ownership. You will work with core teams and be entrusted with projects and tasks that directly contribute to our product or operations.

  • Exposure to Real Project Ownership: Drive a significant, self-contained project that solves a current business or technical challenge, culminating in a final deliverable. 
  • Mentorship & Growth: Receive dedicated, one-on-one mentorship from a senior leader in your field. Participate in weekly skill-building workshops and professional development sessions.
  • Collaborative Culture: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Design, gaining exposure to the full development lifecycle.
  • Community: Join an active intern cohort with exclusive networking events, social gatherings, and opportunities to connect with leadership.

Our non-negotiables

  • Must be authorised to live and work in South Africa
  • Must be a recent graduate aged between 18 and 23
  • Must have reliable transport to and from the office
  • Must provide graduation certificate/transcript and required creative material to be eligible
