Head of QA

Define and drive the QA strategy and roadmap.
Lead and grow the QA/Quality Engineering team.
Establish a QA Centre of Excellence and standardise best practices.
Implement automation frameworks and integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines.
Oversee non-functional testing (performance, scalability, resilience).
Ensure regulatory and payment scheme compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, secure financial software.
Education:
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
ISTQB Advanced, SAFe, or ITIL certification preferred.
10+ years in QA/Quality Engineering, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
Knowledge:
Strong background in FinTech, Banking, or Payments (Visa, Mastercard).
Expertise in QA methodologies, automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright), and CI/CD integration.
Technical skills in SQL, C#, OOP, and cloud/microservice architectures.
Familiar with PCI DSS, SOX, and financial compliance standards.
Skilled in performance testing, process improvement, and team leadership.
