• ities.Drive and manage process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives leveraging industrial/systems engineering princ
• iples.Design production and business processes that maximise efficiency, reduce waste and enhance both customer experience and business profitab
• ility.Update, formalise, publish and deploy processes and procedures across regions, ensuring consistency and regional alig
• nment.Define process performance criteria (time, cost, value, response time) and benchmark current value-chains against "to-be" states to deliver measurable improve
• ments.Conduct business impact and operational environment analyses, collaborating with line managers to assess change-impacts and support decision-m
• aking.Facilitate cross-functional sessions with stakeholders to develop, review and implement process designs, changes and business improvement initia
• tives.Manage and coordinate project implementation efforts — including setting up workstream interdependencies, risk management, stakeholder communications and achieving project objectives within time and b
• udget.Coach, mentor and consult with business unit managers, project teams and continuous improvement graduates to embed re-engineering methodologies and build capability across the organis
