Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cape Town for a Second-In-Charge (2IC) professional. The Second-In-Charge will assist in overseeing daily operations, supporting team leaders, monitoring store performance, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. This role entails fostering strong team collaboration, maintaining high customer service standards, and driving overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Leadership skills, including team development, conflict resolution, and staff motivation
  • Organizational and operational skills, such as inventory management, scheduling, and workflow optimization
  • Communication and interpersonal skills for effective team interaction and customer engagement
  • Sales and marketing experience with a focus on retail-oriented goals
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in retail preferred
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
