Introduction:

We are seeking a candidate with strong technical skills and proven experience in a similar role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Verifying and preparing shipments:

Checking that correct goods and quantities are dispatched, that they are in good condition, and preparing them with proper labeling and packaging.

  • Record keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods and shipments. This includes keeping records of stock levels and preparing and verifying dispatch notes against invoices.

  • Coordination:

Working with warehouse staff to prioritize orders, coordinating with warehouse to ensure timely collection, and communicating with Warehouse regarding tracking and any issues.

  • Administrative duties:

Handling other administrative tasks related to dispatch operations.

  • Inventory management:

Assisting with inventory and stock control as needed.

Desired Experience:

· Experience within a manufacturing environment is compulsory.

· Preferably with Forklift experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R5 000,00 - R7 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Verulam, KwaZulu-Natal 4339: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
