Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cape Town for a Formwork Site Manager. The Formwork Site Manager will oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising formwork installation, managing teams, inspecting construction sites, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and project specifications. The role requires proactive decision-making, efficient resource allocation, and adherence to deadlines.

Position Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Formwork and Access Scaffolding
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans and programs
  • Be able to resource a project based on their interpretation of the drawings and client program
  • Demonstrated experience in managing on-site construction teams on multiple sites
  • Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and construction standards
  • Must have own transport
  • Reside in the Western Cape
