Job Description

We are looking for a frontend engineer with a strong technical background and a passion for real-world problem solving. You will be part of creating a reliable, low-latency athlete-and-ball tracking system. Our clients products are used in training sessions, live TV broadcasts, augmented reality experiences, and officiating, so enthusiasm for new greenfield technology is a must.

Required skills / Experience

  • 3+ years' experience with frontend engineering using JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Strong experience with React (or similar frameworks like Angular or Vue)
  • Expertise with HTML5, CSS3 and responsive web design
  • Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks (e.g. Jest, Cypress)
  • Experience working with APIs and asynchronous data flows (AJAX, Fetch, etc.)
  • Comfortable with Git and CI/CD pipelines

Nice to have

  • Experience with real-time data visualization (e.g. , , )
  • Exposure to sports technology or wearable tech environments

Responsibilities

As part of our engineering team:

  • Build and maintain performant, user-friendly web interfaces for our sports technology products
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to implement new features and improvements
  • Support data visualizations that help teams and athletes interpret performance data
  • Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
  • Contribute to improving UI/UX across platforms
  • Participate in an on-call rota to support live deployments
