Manager – Directory Services

Manage and operate Directory and Logical Access Platforms to meet business reliability and capacity needs.
Collaborate with business, architecture, security, and IAM teams to design and deliver integrated identity solutions.
Define and implement best practices, standards, and operational maturity models across platforms.
Oversee budgets, contracts, and procurement of related software and services.
Drive continuous improvement through Agile and DevOps practices.
Lead, mentor, and develop technical talent within the team
Matric / Grade 12
Relevant IT qualification (AWS or Azure Solutions Architect certification advantageous).
7+ years in technology roles, and including 5+ years in architecture and systems design.
Proven leadership experience in hybrid and multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
Strong background in IAM, RBAC/PBAC/ABAC, and directory services.
Experience with Terraform, CI/CD (GitLab/GitHub), and scripting (PowerShell, Python, CLI).
Solid understanding of security architecture, networking, and virtualisation (VMware, Docker, Kubernetes).
