Position: Warehouse General Worker

Job Overview:

As a Warehouse General Worker, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our warehouse. You will work closely with our warehouse team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and process incoming shipments, checking for accuracy and damages
- Prepare outgoing shipments by packing, labeling, and loading onto trucks
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper storage of goods
- Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks and containers
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized, following all safety protocols
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and company policies

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time, permanent position with regular working hours. However, occasional overtime may be required based on business needs. The work is primarily done in a warehouse setting, which may involve exposure to varying temperatures and physical demands. The successful candidate must be able to work flexible hours and be comfortable with physically demanding tasks.
