ICT Technician

The Ideal Candidate Would Be Responsible For

• Supporting of all desktop, server, printer, and network infrastructure;
• Supporting desktop applications like MS Office 2019, Adobe, etc;
• Supporting of Shop floor equipment and software in the factory such as PDA scanners,Marel scales &

Honeywell printers.

The Successful Candidate Must Meet The Following Requirements

• Minimum Grade 12 Qualification. A+ & N+ will be beneficial;
• Three years' experience in an IT support environment;
• Experience with Windows 11;
• Application knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
• Exposure to wireless communication and security will be an added advantage;
• Should be able to do standby every fortnight;
• The individual must be able to work under pressure and swiftly resolve queries;
• Basic understanding of the 20 keys concept;
• Have a valid code 8/EB driver's license as well as reliable transport;
• Must be service orientated, have interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
