At Deluxe Laser & Spa, we don't just offer treatments. We sell confidence, care, and experience. Our Somerset West branch is seeking a dynamic individual who can bring warmth to our front desk while also stepping in as a skilled nail technician when required.

Role Overview :

We're looking for a Receptionist / Back-Up Nail Technician to join our team. This hybrid role requires a professional who thrives on customer service, has strong organizational skills, and can provide nail treatments of a high standard when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Reception Duties:

  • Welcome clients and ensure they feel comfortable and cared for.
  • Manage appointments, bookings, and client queries (in-person, phone, and online).
  • Handle payments, invoices, and daily till balancing.
  • Support the smooth running of the spa with admin and operational tasks.
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming reception area.

Nail Technician Duties (as backup):

  • Perform manicures, pedicures, and gel polish applications.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment sterilization standards.
  • Advise clients on aftercare and nail health.
  • Step in to assist during peak times or staff absences.

Requirements :

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.
  • Nail technician qualification or certification (manicures, pedicures, gel polish).
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
