Project Manager – Water Treatment Plant

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of a major water treatment plant project. From design through to commissioning and close-out, you'll be responsible for driving safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery under NEC contract conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full project lifecycle: Design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • Develop charters, scopes, budgets, schedules, and execution plans.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Oversee contract and commercial management under the NEC framework.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
  • Manage client and stakeholder communication.
  • Drive proactive risk management, procurement scheduling, and cash flow control.
  • Deliver successful close-outs, including commissioning, documentation, and invoicing.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Professional registration (ECSA) and/or PMP certification an advantage.
  • 10+ years' experience leading large-scale EPC projects in water treatment.
  • Proven track record with NEC contracts.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Projects, MS Office, and project control tools.
