About the Role:

As our
Audit Manager: Digital & Cyber
, you'll lead high-impact audits and advisory engagements across the business. From cyber threats and AI to cloud computing and data governance, you'll be at the forefront of risk assurance in a rapidly evolving digital world.

What You'll Do:

  • Shape and execute the internal audit strategy with a digital-first lens.
  • Lead complex audits and advisory projects that drive real change.
  • Deliver insights that go beyond compliance — think transformation.
  • Collaborate with IT, Risk, Compliance, and Business Units.
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing audit team.

What You Bring:

Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of
    Information Technology
    , digital and cyber domains.
  • Familiarity with
    emerging technologies
    : AI, cloud computing, data governance.
  • Solid grounding in
    insurance/financial services
    .
  • Strong grasp of the
    business environment and value chain
    .
  • Expertise in
    Finance, Governance, Compliance, and Risk Management
    principles.
  • Proficiency in
    internal audit methodology
    , IA Charter, Standards, and Code of Ethics.
  • Knowledge of
    COBIT

    ITIL

    frameworks.
  • Understanding of
