This is a full time position. The incumbent will report directly to the Executive Director. As the Head of the Clinical Services and a practising Social Worker, the role's scope is to supervise and provide Case, Group, Community and Statutory Work services in respect of the treatment programme for substance abusers, including a Clinic as part of an integrated service. The management functions further encompass Programme Development, Research and collaborating in acquiring resources to fund the Programme, as well as Personnel Development and Administration.

Minimum Requirements: A Qualified Social Worker, registered with the SACSSP, with experience in a similar role and who demonstrates capabilities in Social Work Management. Fluency in spoken & written English is essential, as is computer literacy and a valid Code B Drivers Licence, fluency in spoken IsiZulu is an advantage. SAPS clearance and NCPR clearance is essential.
