A well -established technical operations provider is seekingan experienced Senior Field Service Technician in the Western Cape to deliverhigh -quality installations, maintenance, and customer support across theregion. Key Responsibilities Conduct site assessments toevaluate installation readiness, including measurements, power supply,accessibility, and required toolsCompile complete installation packs with tools, parts, and accessoriesEnsure full compliance with Occupational Health & Safety requirements andcomplete site -specific risk assessmentsPerform accurate installation of all products, ensuring on -time andwithin -budget deliveryConduct repairs, servicing, and fault -finding on mechanical and electricalcomponents of doors and docking equipmentEnforce quality control standards and ensure adherence to installationprocessesComplete professional commissioning and handover, including manuals,certificates, and warrantiesMaintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and PPE in safe and functional conditionDeliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionallyAssist junior staff, share technical knowledge, and support the team whenneeded RequirementsGrade 12 with English andMathematics or equivalentTechnical Trade Certificate (Tertiary Trade Certificate advantageous)Valid South African driver's licenceValid forklift licenceAbility to work with hand tools and power toolsWelding skills (qualification advantageous)Working at Heights qualificationRisk Assessment and First Aid Level 1 certificationsScaffolding erection and inspection qualificationMinimum 3 years as a Junior Field Technician, or 3 yearstechnical/electrical/industrial experiencePhysically capable of performing installations and able to pass an annualmedical examinationComputer literate and fluent in English Benefits R14 000 and R16 000 depending on skills and experience By applying for this position, you consent to the processing of your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) for recruitment purposes.
