Synopsis

A medical administration company & training company in Sandton is looking for a motivated, detail-

oriented content creator to help us deliver high-quality results. The content creator will improve

existing content, create new content, and find new methods to connect with customers. To be

successful in this role, you should create compelling content that appeals to users' interests. We

encourage collaboration among internal stakeholders to guarantee that our company's

deliverables are consistent.

Qualifications / Skills Required


• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, or a similar field.


• 2 years of experience working as a Content Creator, Content Writer or a similar role


• A portfolio of applicable published outputs.


• An understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research.


• Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.


• Excellent research, organisational, and time management skills.


• Strong listening and communication skills.


• The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.


• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.


• Proper knowledge and working experience with WordPress.


• Exceptional knowledge of Social Media Marketing

Daily Tasks / Responsibilities:


• Identifying customers' needs, writing, reviewing, proof-reading, editing, and updating

content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, social media and similar

platforms.


• Conducting research and interviews to gain a better understanding of current trends,

developments, and perceptions regarding the subject matter, and then contextualising

findings.


• Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials that are aligned

with brand CI, history and plans.


• Using social media to connect with customers, respond to questions or concerns, and

promote company activities.


• Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete

tasks, and identify and solve problems.


• Monitoring social media and company website metrics.


• Utilising SEO methods, brainstorm and suggest new ways to increase site traffic and

leads.


• Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and reach consumers.


• Research and plan out effective and engaging content ideas for industry-related topics

to maximise customer interest


• Interview the relevant industry professionals and use their feedback in content


• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and practices


• Work with the marketing department to understand the targets and develop content

plans accordingly


• Ensure that content is compliant with the copyright and data protection laws
