Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC fiber laser cutting machines with precision.
  • Ensure materials are cut to the correct specifications, tolerances and cutting quality.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.
  • Organize workstations and manage workflow to meet production goals.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality output.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • 2-3 years of experience operating CNC laser cutting machines
  • Mechanical ability and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to work in a hands-on environment
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
  • Forklift license (advantageous)
  • Must reside in surrounding area.
