We are seeking a dedicated
Customer Services Inspector
to join our team in the bedding industry. This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and product quality. You will be responsible for investigating customer concerns, including travelling to customers' homes to inspect mattresses and other bedding products.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers' homes to inspect mattresses and assess product issues, comfort concerns, and warranty claims.
- Evaluate customer service interactions and ensure adherence to company service standards.
- Handle escalated enquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct quality checks on product returns and identify recurring issues.
- Produce clear inspection reports with recommendations for resolution or improvement.
- Work closely with service, sales, and warehouse teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service—preferably within the bedding or furniture.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain product findings clearly to customers.
- Confidence in travelling independently to customers' homes
- Good understanding of mattress construction, materials, and common product faults (training available).
