Administrator - Marketing and Customer Relations

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Coordination of marketing support activities and the management of the INSETA marketing and customer relations operations

Outputs

Marketing and Customer relations operations (100%)

• Support the stakeholder relations manager and specialist in overseeing the department's operations
• Build and maintain strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders through excellence customer service and communication.
• Collaborate with the stakeholder relations specialist in producing quarterly internal newsletter.
• Assist to see all projects and events through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
• Responsible for ensuring that all INSETA social media platforms are always up to date and that the INSETA has a social media strategy that supports the overall stakeholder management and engagement strategy
• Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for programmes or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
• Monitor queries posted via INSETA social media platforms
• Oversee the implementation and daily operations of CRM systems to meet the organisations needs.
• Generate and analyse ticket reports on monthly basis using CRM system (ticket volume, resolution rates, and response times.
• Liaise with stakeholders and service providers to promote success of activities and enhance the organisations presence
• Collaborate and liaise with internal stakeholders in ensuring that various project initiatives are supported.
• Suggest content for various publications and oversee distribution thereof.
• Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies
• Organise and attend INSETA planned events to raise brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the specialist and manager in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
• Oversee all administrative duties of the division.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirement:

Matric (Grade 12) and;

Higher Certificate (NQF Level 5) or equivalent relevant equivalent qualification in Marketing and Public Relations or related qualifications.

Preferred Requirement:

National Diploma (NQF Level 6) or equivalent relevant equivalent qualification in Marketing and Public Relations or related qualifications

Experience

Minimum Requirement: Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in the Marketing or Public Relations field.

1 year experience in administrative coordination, document management, and stakeholder communications.

Preferred Requirement:

• 3 years plus experience in a similar position in the Marketing or Public Relations field.
• Proficiency in administrative coordination, document management, and stakeholder communications.

Knowledge

Minimum Requirement:

Knowledge and understanding of the appropriate legislative and regulatory frameworks.

Knowledge of INSETA frameworks, policies and procedures, and related legislation.
