Our ultra-modern, scaling, payments platform client is seeking a
Product & Visual Marketing Designer
to join their world-class growth team, located in
South Africa (hybrid/flexible options)
. Due to their unique market positioning and backing by world-leading payment companies, VCs and fintech platforms alike, they are set for high growth and expansion in the coming years.

This is a multifaceted role where you will play a pivotal role within the growth function, supporting brand, UI product design, and product marketing efforts. This position focuses on shaping how products are visually communicated across all digital channels and sales collateral. It involves creating high-impact visual assets, UI-driven prototypes, integrating payment products into client's user journeys, as well as marketing materials that effectively demonstrate product and brand value in real-world scenarios.

This position requires a strong foundation in visual design, proficiency in UI/UX principles, and a strong ability to collaborate closely with creative and product teams. Responsibilities

  • Produce
    high-fidelity prototypes
    in Figma that showcase product functionality within client environments, including potential UX improvements.
  • Develop
    single-page Webflow sites
    using established templates to support sales conversations and highlight product benefits.
  • Collaborate with creative and brand designers to create
    marketing visuals
    for websites, social channels, and sales materials.
  • Continuously update and refine website pages to ensure accurate and compelling product representations

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification and/or
    3–5 years of experience
    across visual design, multimedia design, UI design, or product marketing.
  • Proficiency with key design tools, including
    Figma
    and
    Adobe Creative Suite
    (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify optimal user journeys.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A creative, ambitious and collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience leveraging
    AI tools
    to generate visual concepts or lifestyle imagery.
  • Ability to create
    basic or 3D motion graphics
    (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
  • Familiarity with
    HTML, CSS, or no-code website builders
    such as Webflow.
  • Additional skills outside the core role are welcome, as the team offers broad opportunities for contribution.
